Charles P. Weingarten
President, Owner, Sales
As both the President and Owner, Chuck has over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry. In September 1995 Chuck founded Northern Bag and Box Company and continues to be on the cutting edge of packaging in the region. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics from North Dakota State University and a M.Ed. from Boston College. Chuck and his wife Mary have four grown children.
Mike Gillen
Sales
Upon graduation from the University of North Dakota in 1969, Mike began his sales career in pharmaceuticals. In 1975, Mike started working in the packaging industry and hasn't looked back. Mike has been with Northern Bag and Box Company since its inception where he specializes in poly and corrugated cartons. Mike and his wife Donna have three grown sons.
Keith Hultgren
Accounting
Keith has been with Northern Bag and Box Company since March 1997. With a combined 30 years of accounting and software design experience, he is an invaluable resource to the organization. Contact Keith with all your billing inquiries. Keith and his wife Michele have three grown children.
Angela Cary
Customer Service
Angela is happy to be the newest member of the Northern Bag & Box customer service team. She is a Valley City, ND native and a University of North Dakota graduate completing her Advertising and Visual Arts B.A. degree in 1990. Angela has spent most of her career working in the communications field and is looking forward to tackling a new challenge! She is an avid sports fan and enjoys working behind the scenes during UND's sports telecasts on the Fighting Sioux Sports Network. Angela and her husband, Mike, live in Grand Forks.
Sarine Weingarten
General Manager
With an International MBA from Pepperdine and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington, Sarine manages the day-to-day workings of the organization. Sarine previously worked at Northern Bag & Box Co. in the customer service capacity and continues to help in this regard. Also a fully licensed teacher through The University of Dallas, she most recently taught Spanish for several years. Sarine has lived all over the country and the world but is content to come home to North Dakota with her baby girl.
Dana Brock
Sales
Dana joins the Northern Bag & Box sales team with over 25 years of sales and customer service experience. His clients are primarily in the Red River Valley and throughout the Upper Midwest and looks forward to growing with the company. He and his wife Kari reside in Fargo and have four children. In his spare time, Dana enjoys golfing, racing and following all of his children's sporting events.
Doug Nelson
Warehouse Manager
Doug provides exceptional warehouse knowledge and experience to NBBC. Doug is a 2004 graduate of Valley City State University with a BS in Marketing and Business Management with minors in Psychology and Sociology. His experience and Degree give Northern Bag and Box Company a terrific combination for this position. After hours Doug enjoys playing all sports and going to the lakes.
Ben Weingarten
Sales/Development
Ben delivers a truly unique perspective to the company with his diverse, corporate background of six years--order to cash as well as project and process improvement work. A 2000 graduate of Creighton University with additional post-graduate studies credits, he possesses a broad-based educational background in arts, science and business administration. Currently, Ben is working towards his CCP and learning the industry. He is excited to be a part of NBBC and its future.
Joshua Tersteeg
Quality Control
Northern Bag & Box Company is very pleased to welcome Josh as the newest member of our team. A native of Osakis, MN, Josh is currently working towards his B.S. in Quality Management online through the University of Minnesota and will graduate in the spring of 2012. Josh heads up our Quality Assurance Program and ensures that all products entering and leaving our W. Fargo Distribution Center meet only the highest standards. In his spare time Josh enjoys hunting and fishing.
Kristi Stallmo
Customer Service
Kristi brings over 10 years of sales and customer service to Northern Bag and Box. Kristi is a 1997 graduate of The University of Minnesota. Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends and is enthusiastic about growing with the company.
Chad Raaum
Accounting
Chad graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy. After spending the first 8 ½ years of his career in the Minneapolis area he has moved back to Grand Forks with his wife and two kids. In his spare time Chad enjoys golfing and attending sporting events.
