Charles P. Weingarten
President, Owner, Sales
As both the President and Owner, Chuck has over 27 years of experience in the packaging industry. In September 1995 Chuck founded Northern Bag and Box Company and continues to be on the cutting edge of packaging in the region. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics from North Dakota State University and a M.Ed. from Boston College. Chuck and his wife Mary have four grown children.
Mike Gillen
Sales
Upon graduation from the University of North Dakota in 1969, Mike began his sales career in pharmaceuticals . In 1975, Mike started working in the packaging industry and hasn't looked back. Mike has been with Northern Bag and Box Company since its inception where he specializes in poly and corrugated cartons. Mike and his wife Donna have three grown sons.
Keith Hultgren
Accounting
Keith has been with Northern Bag and Box Company since March 1997. With a combined 30 years of accounting and software design experience, he is an invaluable resource to the organization. Contact Keith with all your billing inquiries. Keith and his wife Michele have three grown children.
Dan Lovas
Sales
Dan joined the sales team at Northern Bag and Box Company in 1998. He was involved in the purchasing of packaging for over 11 years prior to NBBC . Now on the selling side, his territory consists of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Western Canada. Dan is a Breakaway representative as well as an expert in all types of packaging. He and his wife Cindy reside in Grand Forks and have two grown children.
Jaimi Davidson
Customer Service
Prior to joining Northern Bag and Box Company in July 2003, Jaimi worked in management. With over eight years management and customer service experience Jaimi applies her skills and attention to detail to better serve our customer’s needs. Jaimi enjoys the Minnesota lakes area and working with people.
John Bridgeford
Sales
John got his start in the packaging industry after graduating from the University of Minnesota, Crookston in 2001. He is currently completing his IOPP (Packaging Professional) training and certification and is an expert on all types of packaging. John's territory consists primarily of North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. In his free time John is very active in American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, and enjoys participating in all types of sports, fishing, & remodeling homes. He and his wife Lacy were married in October 2003 and make their home in Crookston, MN.
Doug Nelson
Warehouse Manager
Doug provides exceptional warehouse knowledge and experience to NBBC. Doug is a 2004 graduate of Valley City State University with a BS in Marketing and Business Management with minors in Psychology and Sociology. His experience and Degree give Northern Bag and Box Company a terrific combination for this position. After hours Doug enjoys playing all sports and going to the lakes.
Ben Weingarten
Development
Ben delivers a truly unique perspective to the company with his diverse, corporate background of 6 years; order to cash as well as project and process improvement work. Graduating from Creighton University in 2000 with addition of some post graduate studies, he possesses a broad-based educational background in arts, science and business administration.
Currently, Ben is working towards his CCP and learning the industry. He is excited to be a part of NBBC and its future.
Kristi Wavra-Stallmo
Customer Service
Kristi brings over 10 years of sales and customer service to Northern Bag and Box. Kristi is a 1997 graduate of The University of Minnesota. Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends and is enthusiastic about growing with the Company.
Chad Raam
Accounting
Chad graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy. After spending the first 8 ½ years of his career in the Minneapolis area he has moved back to Grand Forks with his wife and two kids. In his spare time Chad enjoys golfing and attending sporting events.
Sarine Weingarten
International Communications
With a Masters in International Business, Bachelors in International Affairs and extensive travel abroad, Sarine brings valuable insight and experience to NBBC in dealing with foreign markets. She aids the organization in translations and international strategy on an as-needed basis. Sarine is very familiar with the company vision and has previously worked for NBBC in the customer service capacity. She is currently enjoying her fourth year of teaching Spanish.
